Hello, my name is Laura, and I'm having a nervous breakdown
I think this might be a weekly episode, or maybe an every three days episode. Suddenly I feel like we don't have enough money (ignoring the down payment fund which is doing quite well), our credit card bill is getting bigger and bigger, and I have a ton of chores to do every morning, which I don't have the energy for once Peter gets home. I am having a bit of a thank you note crisis, so I may not be able to get them all out this weekend, and I still have to do shirt snob. Oh yeah, and I'm eating poorly and didn't go to pilates yesterday. Someone please come here and do all this for me, or else I might pack up Peter and Anderson in the car and drive down to Florida for a few months.
I'm not sure if it was the shots or maybe the cauliflower I ate yesterday is giving Anderson gas, but he's been extremely upset for the past 24 hours. He woke up in the middle of the night, then at 5ish then at 8. I'm staying away from the cauliflower today and pray that tonight is better. Thank god Peter got to work before 7, so he'll be home early tonight.

If your weekly financial mental crises are coming because of too much free mental time while nursing, start trying to learn how to hold a book while nursing and thus your brain will not flow too much on its own. ;) Bret Easton Ellis is not the best author to read while nursing a newborn. I say this from experience.
Your son is beautiful and I am very sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I hope you will be able to look down at your boy one moment soon and see something that makes you think of your grandmother and smile.
