So I've been asked to become a co-Chapter Advisor at my sorority's Zeta Theta chapter at Tufts University. I don't know if I should take it. It will certainly be time consuming, the chapter is a good chapter, but they don't seem to like authority very much, the type that don't send their reports to international. I wouldn't be by myself if I did take it, but would I get a full advisory board? How would I be able to help with finances when I couldn't get past the second page of our Finance manual? How would this affect Bentley? URI? It's a lot to think about, but I am happy that my name came up. It makes me feel really good about the work I've done with the sorority. It's just such an important part of my life, and taking this position would certainly be a step in the right direction. I'dlearn a ton more and becoming a better advisor in general. I just don't know if I'm ready and truly qualified for it. Stacie, who would be the other CA, would get training at our international convention in California later this month, so she'd be prepared. I have been around CA's for years, it's not like I have no idea what they do. Eek, I have a lot of thinking to do.
